Our Weekend
Well Friday was a ending to a very lonnnnnnggggg week at work, 1st of the month is so rough on me, every client needs something. Of course nobody has paperwork done correctly and for some reason they don't really care because Billing can fix it OF COURSE!! So needless to say when I walked out Friday afternoon I sighed a breath of relief to be gone!Friday night we had a get together at Mom's for my Lil brother James, he was heading back to Colorado Sat morning where he is stationed then first of October he will be shipped to Iraq, I hung out as long as I could Friday night trying to get those last few minutes with him, the worst part for me was when I got ready to leave he walked me out to my car and I was glad that it was at night because I was on the verge of bawling like a baby and I didn't want him to see, I kept my composure until I got into my Van and just let them fall, I cried so much Friday night my eyes was still swollen when I got up Sat. I'm so glad that everyone is praying for our boys over there, and I ask when you say them please send up a extra one for James.
Sunday we had a birthday party over at Chelle's house for her oldest girl, alot of Chris's family was there and got to see Christopher, but for some reason he didn't want anyone but our household, which is really weird for him he is the most happiest baby and always laughs and smiles at anybody, but Sunday he was not happy at all, I felt bad for them because they never see him (their own fault of course), and he didn't want anything to do with them. He cut 2 teeth last week, and is trying to cut 2 this week so maybe that was the problem. My little man is all over the place!! He gets into everything!! He really likes standing up he pulls up on anything he can get his hands on.
Today Austin had his eye appointment, and we was hoping that everything was fine but unfortunately it wasn't his left eye has a astigmatism in it, which is pretty common but it does affect his vision so he has to have glasses, he picked out some that was "Power Rangers" glasses, and before you ask NO they do not have funky characters on them because I would have stepped in the colors are I guess what makes them Power Rangers because they are Black with Red ear pieces, which I consented to, but he likes them and he's suppose to get a really cool power ranger case to go with. Of course my Mom calls as soon as I get out and now she's all upset thinking he's gonna be the "nerdy kid" that gets picked on, I laughed at her, I said umm Mom there are more kids in school today with glasses than with out, so I think he will be fine. I'm gonna have to talk to his teacher though bout recess and PE because he is forgetful and that's all I need is a $300 pair of glasses lost or broke! And Daddy and him of course was in deep conversation with the Dr bout sports because he is the catcher in baseball so they are scoping out "cool" sports glasses! Go figure MEN!! Baseball doesn't even start for another 5-6months and that's what they are concerned about!
I think that just bout covers our weekend we stayed pretty active as you can see, O well gotta run Christopher is working on getting his hand popped again for messing with my coffee table arrangements!!

What's your mama mean the nerdy kid in class. Doesnt she wear glasses? I wear glasses and I am far from dorkey. LOL. Make sure to take some pictures so we can see them. Scott and I had fun this weekend. SO did Tanner. I almost expected him to wake up and ask for a fish!

I have some good friends over there and my best friend is heading back over there again! I pray for our troops, and their families, everyday. Our military will always have a very special place in my heart!
