Just odds and Ends.....
I figured while I was takin a breather from cleanin I would post a few, I started this morning bout 8, and all day I would have a thought on somn and be like ohhhhhhhh I need to post that, now 11hrs later I cant remember a thang! I hate when that happens! Guess Ill talk bout my day, this was the weekend I did my Monthly Spring Cleanin, I always do this on one of the weekends that my oldest 3 kids are at their Dads, well every month it never fails once I get into it , I come up with some sort of project well today was my boys room, they have been askin me to take down the bunk beads and make them seperate, well ive been thinkn bout how Im gonna do this for a good 3mnths and just never tackled it, so today I called in reinforcement......MY MOM! Of course yall know how im a freak when it comes to everything has a place and stuff doesnt need to get dirty, we have a few different things that we dont agree on when it comes to cleaning but over all the same. Needless to say the task didnt take long at all, and it really worked out because she wanted my boys vanity, and I wanted her dresser drawer, so my brother is coming tomorrow and bringing it so I can put their clothes up. Which gave me the opportunity to go through thats another project it inself when they are not home.Dalton is doing AWESOME in school, and he lovesssssss his teacher. Kayla on the other hand has decided that this year she wants to be a talker and got into trouble 3x this week for it, needless to say I had a talk with her because Daddy does no good when he does he's alot nicer than I am, but I think I made my point and she's pretty good on taking heed to what I say the 1st time so hopefully I won't have any more trouble with her, Austin is doing great cept his eyes which he goes for In September so we will have that nipped in the bud soon, he was complaining Friday about his spelling words and how hard they are this year, I reminded him that it doesnt get any easier and if thinks that they are harder then he will study harder. He has a very competive spirit in him when It comes to Dalton for some reason and he gets so mad because school comes to easy for Big D, so Friday on the way he was pickin at him and telling him that he knows that he's gonna mess up and get into trouble and when he gets to 2nd grade he will have problems with his spelling words, of course Dalton takes after his Dad and just ignores you when you try to antagonize him, which in turn Austin who takes after Me got really mad, See on the first day of school Dalton's teacher gave them their spelling words, well when he came home for kicks I called them out just to see if he knew them, so sittin on the couch watchin TV, and sucking his thumb I find Dalton, I called out the words to him and told him to spell them, he pulls his thumb out and waits I go throught the whole list he gets every one correct no thinking, no nothing, just spells them as I called them and after the last word I just look at him and he goes was that all? Ummm Yea, he says " Can I finish watching TV?" sure no prob......... and walk out shaking my head, but its always been that way for him he never really has issues and dont throw some Math at him thats his favorite, but it bothers Austin when he see's Dalton do that stuff because he is so sensitive and feels so bad because he cant, he has to study and study to keep his grades high. But he does it and I told him that Im proud of him for his determination because that is something that not everyone has. Oh I went to the Dr Friday, so far ive lost 16lbs!!!!!! Yea!! Project Fine is going perfectly!
