Week from Hell!
Where to begin? There aint a whole lot to post about really the only thing about this week that has been horrible is work, but of course you probly guessed that! First at the beginning of the week my 3rd child Dalton came home and informed me that there was something "squashed" inside the door jam and it all black and gross looking, well I forgot all about it and didnt go look at what he was talking about, this was ohhhhhh Monday and I kept smelling something but still didnt remember or could find what it was, so yesterday I came home from work and had been to the grocery store and propped open the doors so I could bring in the bags, welllll everytime I passed through the door this "smell" hit me well my freezer was a room away so I checked to make sure it was on and not off, then I checked the trash and took it out and still the stinch kept just slapping me in the face, well then I remember Dalton telling me about the "gross black thing" so I go back to the door and in the bottom of my door jam I find it, it about the size of a fist and its well just weird looking so I bent down to see what the heck it was and the smell just knocked me on my ass Oh GOD it was so funky so I couldnt make heads or tells of what the heck this thing was in my door jam, so I go get some paper towels and "peeled" it off as I pull it out of the jam and pick it up, I seen the head, A frog had somehow got in my jam and got closed up, let me say gross not just gross but grosssssssss, so now when you walk in the door the smell of "After the rain" is so strong you get a Migrane from it. Words of Wisdom? Always check the door jams when you close them, and if your 6yr old tells you something dont forget!
Now work, have I ever told ya'll about well we shall call her Norma, cuz thats her name. Well Norma is ohhhhhh around lets say 55 or so, she has never worked in anything but factory assembly line type jobs, BUT do to her hard work ethics we keep her around, this woman is great at working she runs her butt off all day, BUT you cannot tell her anything, she knows everything!!!!!! And she is loud I dont mean loud but LOUD, she has not had any training at all in Medical Ethics or Professionalism, which in a Medical Facilty this is a need to know thing, and she tattles I swear sometimes its like having my kids around, Well she decided that she was gonna go and get her Phlebotomy papers, OH GOD, anyways she's almost through with school and soon will be sticking people, DEAR GOD, yea its that scary I can only imagine the law suits now, so she Tuesday we had a Patient come in and get some very "personal" blood work done, well she took it upon herself to call the Dr's to ask them what was on the papers, On the phone very loudly, she starts talking to the Dr's office about this womans test, there was so many people in the waiting room and they heard everything, this poor woman was so humiliated it was unreal, and there was no call for her to call the Dr's office since the girl drawing the blood knew exactly what was on the papers, but Norma took it upon herself to do this to try to look like somebody, THEN she comes in today, her eyes are pink they are draining, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to know she has fricking Pink Eye! So she leaves goes to the Dr and COMES BACK! Ok folks this is airborne just so you know, and what dont we need in a medical facilty? A DAMN AIRBORNE VIRUS!!!!!!!! So she comes back and thinks that if she keeps her glasses and gloves on everything will be ok, and then she wants to argue that she can go to our NURSING HOMES and pick up specimans!!!!! OH MY GOD come on!!!!!!! I finally told her supervisor to get her ass out of the building now, and I looked at her and said you need to leave and if my kids get that shit you are so paying for my daycare that I cannot take my child to but still have to pay for!!!!!! So yes I pissed her off! Did I mean it? You bet your ass I did!
And that people is only the FEW things I had to deal with this week, and since my hands hurt from just typing that I will resume this later.. ......After some Vodka...
