My Week(end)...
Not a whole lot to really post about work is still a constant thing I swear sometimes I feel like Im drowning and Im right there at the surface but just cant quite get to the top, I could honestly get everything I need to do done in my day thats not the problem, I can handle MY work, Its the part of everytime I get into something the phone rings and I have to answer it since the 4 people up front cant get it, and then its usually something that needs to be looked up and the people that handle that wont take their call so I have to help the person, or Ive got some one coming in wanting me to find them a DX code and everytime I say did you check the paperwork? Umm No, well look there 1st then come back and see me, of course they can never find it. Then something screws up on someones computer and I hear the page , " Becca could you come here please" I get up walk there and I hear something is wrong with the computer and I cant get it to work, Well what did you press? Oh nothing I was just working and it did that, right... you see our computer systems are still on the 1980 system where you use all the little F1 or F4 buttons, and you have to hit cntrl this or actually type the file name in because its not in a folder somewhere! So after I pull out my little bag of tricks I find out that they pressed the wrong button and LIED about not doing it where if they would have said that in the 1st place I could have just hit 1 BUTTON!! To fix the problem NOOOOOO I have to trouble shoot EVERYTHING!!! Then if they dont have anything to do they for some reason! like to come into the billing office and sit and talk about their day, which I dont mind but I have always ALWAYS been a multi tasker and I can carry on a full conversation and talk on the phone and do my paperwork, so when their sitting there just talking I get aggravated because they could help out on some paper work do they ask to help? NOOOOOO But these are the same people that will come interrupt me in a heartbeat to help them!!!!!Speaking of being a computer tech, we have Comcast cable and internet, well let me say that if I had a option we wouldn't! I pay them almost 200.00 a mnth and my service sucks! Half the time my on demand doesn't work, and don't get me started on my internet! I can trouble shoot this stuff so good I should go work for them!! Every other mnth I have a Comcast tech in my house telling me the same thing, Mam everything is fine! Look you minimum wage I just got out of high school punk, don't damn tell me every thing is fine because as soon as your ass leaves my shit is gonna go down again, so you need to find the damn problem! Well this week was my final straw our internet did not work but maybe 3-4 hrs each day, all the time when Chris didn't need it, so finally Thursday Chris calls me at work and says Beck its got to work Ive got finals next week and I need to finish up work this weekend, Great this means AKA call Comcast and get them out here now, so needless to say I was aggravated beyond all reconigtion, So lets just say the guy who answered first couldn't speak any damn English did not like what I said and he accidentally disconnected our call, in turn I was VERY PISSED, so the next girl that got my call was very uncomfortable when I told her that I hoped she wasn't working at the branch here in Augusta because they would be bombed due to the sorry ass customer service that they provide, so lets say she was trying to help me out in every possible way so what did I end up with after literally cussing (don't mean that lightly either) out every person I talked to for 2 hrs? I got an appointment for "sometime" Monday afternoon, then I was told that maybe its my modem and why don't I drive up there and get a new one and see if that works that way when the tech comes out Monday it will be eliminated, so let me get this right your shit doesn't work and I HAVE to leave work drive alllllllll the way up there in major traffic and pick up something to "try" and see if that can resolve the problem, which threw me into a major round of cussing again, so Friday I drove up there and got the damn thing came home last night hooked everything up rebooted everything reconfigured everything and look now the SOB works am I gonna call them and tell them that its working? hell no, because as we speak I am being compisated for all my internet service for the year, and since they have wasted my time, I am gonna waste theirs, 1st Monday when the tech calls me and lets me know he's on the way to my house, he will wait, then when I get here and he sees all is well ive gonna say Oh didn't they tell you not to come? Could've sworn that I called and told them that? My bad...
Speaking of childish, My sister decided that this weekend was perfect for me to keep her 2yr old since she managed to get rid of the rest of hers but this one, but I haven't been to the grocery store because when I get home from work Im just blah I don't have any thing in me, so now I have to go to the store with 5 kids under the age of 7 and get them something for the weekend if I plan on feeding them, or maybe I should just order a bunch of pizza's and hit the McDonald's drive thrue ? Decisions Decisions...

Yes I went to the grocery store and yea I had all 5 kids, I got some really weird looks I felt like a freak show on display or something, its not like I was Michelle Duggar or something GEEZ!! They was good though!
