Confused...
Well alot has happened since Monday, and I dont know where to start or exactly what I should say due to the fact I dont know who reads this! Monday I was promoted to supervisor, there was alot of things going on with my supervisor that was wrong, and the big boss felt he just needed to get rid of the problem and that problem was her. So I took over Monday doing both that job as well as the one that I was doing, which is not really gonna be that hard except it hit me at the 1st of the month and the 1st is my busiest time and when I say busiest, I mean it. So ive been stressed but I know that once I get passed this week Ill be fine, I just hate the looks I get from certain people I know they blame me or think I was behind it but I honestly had nothing to do with it everything was done by herself, and I hate that she couldnt see that but she is one of those people that has to have someone to blame she is in capable of admitting she was wrong, but unfortunatly she has "buddies" in there that she still talks to and probaly gives her assumptions and lines of bullshit to feed her ego but o well Ill be glad when it passes Ill be so glad when she stops calling them which in time will happen but right now I have that always look over your shoulder feeling so I dont say anything to anyone AT ALL because if I do it will bite me in the ass and now as a supervisor I cant be involved with "idle gossip" that all jobs have ...
So thats pretty much whats happened this week with me Little Man is finally sleeping all night so thank god I get a good nights rest everynight, well Im gonna go I do ask all my readers if you do anything tonight please do me a favor and in your bed time prayers just drop my name that ill have strength to take whatever is thrown at me work as well as bad mouth. Thank you........
